I am a student of great communication and I’ve been fortunate to have worked with and been trained by some of the best communicators. The things I write about here, I live.

My calling in life is also to help people find common ground.
Relationships bloom on common ground and that leads to understanding, what communication is all about.

My calling in life is to help people find joy and laughter. I can’t remember jokes so my humor comes from finding funny angles mainly about me and my home life. Laughter is great medicine. Joy is found when we sync with our Creator and I enjoy helping people make that connection. The common ground between Creator and Creation is Jesus Christ, the greatest communicator of all time.

I am a writer. My columns are often read by more than 130,000 people monthly.

I am a musician. I’ve been playing keyboards since I was six and in worship since I was eight.

I am a husband and dad. I love my wife of 18 years, Kristi. She is extremely talented and a great counter. She is a controller of finances at a large hotel and resort. Our boys are 11 and 15 . Then there’s Taz, the cat, who is 17.
