Have you ever drilled to “TLOW”?

In crafting communication strategy, I’m always trying to drill down to the Third Level of Why (TLOW) which represents the REAL reason someone is acting a specific way. What noise makers say is their beef and what is driving them to complain, file a lawsuit or self-appoint themselves to the status of activist, is not usually their TRUE motivation.
